Can you care for dogs with medications or special diets?
Yes. We accommodate dogs with daily medications, diabetic care needs, prescription diets, and custom feeding schedules. Our staff is trained to give medications, and we follow your dog's routine as closely as possible so their stay feels familiar. Share your dog's needs when you book, and we'll go over the details with you.

What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Bring your dog's bed, a blanket, and a favorite toy or two. Familiar items help dogs settle in faster, and your dog's own bedding is the best way to make their private room feel like home. What are your hours and drop-off and pick-up times?
We're open every day from 7am to 7pm. Drop-off and pick-up windows are 7–9am and 5–7pm, seven days a week. If those windows don't fit your plans, reach out in advance and we can arrange a time that works for you.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. We keep spots limited on purpose, and holidays fill up fast. A $100 deposit holds your dog's room. If plans change at the last minute, call us at (352) 494-6897. We do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
